      When you call them, someone always answers. A real person. Someone who speaks very good English without an accent. They are.ALWAYS helpful, efficient and knowledgeable.
      Unfortunately, you just can’t say that about very many companies today.

I would like to personally apologize for the USPS shipping delay on your order. I am showing it shipped on March 7th and delivered on March 11th. At times, shipping from Kentucky to New York via USPS can take up to 5 Business days. I am sorry you experienced that time frame with this shipment.
