    While the pool install itself went well, they left gouges in the fiberglass shell and pock marks in the finished stamped concrete after install. After repeated attempts and promises to fix from them, they went silent. Even threatened by a legal suit to fix they still ignored us. I would avoid the headache and stay away.

    Paid $1800 for drawing (elementary/poor and proposal, which had numerous errors), which would be applied to the project cost. Salesman originally indicated just over $100K. Received the drawing, which was nothing more than what I drew on paper for the HOA. Received the proposal at the same time for roughly $153K. Had the salesman indicated a price even close to this at the beginning, we would have discontinued talks. We would not have paid $1800 and we would have proceeded with another pool company at that time. Rightful action would be to return our $1800. Kramer Pools has gone silent and has not responded to any further communication since I informed them that we were canceling the project with them.
