    After a severe wind/hail storm June 2023, Kevin S****** owner of C3XT stopped by our home and advised his company could complete and or subcontract all repairs needed for our home.
    We allowed C3XT to put together an estimate for repairs.
    They completed the roof repairs (so we were led to believe), for which they were paid in full and provided us a certificate of completion for same.
    We contacted C3XT several times over the following months to inquire about the remaining repairs needed and were told they would be ordering materials and begin repairs soon, this continued for 4+ months with Kevin S****** becoming less helpful.
    After one contact again to inquire about remaining issues he answered by saying our expectations and timelines were unreasonable and he canceled the contract he had with us.
    We got a second contractor to come look at the remaining items and were advised by them that there was still hail damaged flashing and drip edge that had not been replaced when the roof was done. Kevin S****** was contacted with this information and told us that since another contractor had been on the roof our warranty was voided, we had never received a warranty from C3XT, and our attempts to get one from C3XT have been met with emails stating his company would never do anymore work on our home.
    To date we have still been refused a warranty for the roof by C3XT

    I have attached several copies regarding this situation with Mr. & Mrs. ****.  The damages are a result of very large hail storm in Madison County KY where Richmond, KY is located.  There were thousands of homes affected by this storm. We explained to all of our customers that we were doing nothing but roof installations up until holidays.  The storm was on June 25th and some of the claims such as Mrs. ****** did not get settled until September and even some of them are still not settled. We still have a back log of work to complete in this area.  We are restricted by manufacturer's installation requirements.  Roofing and siding is not warranted by the manufacturer when it the days temperature starts below 40 degrees. 

    We put the ****** in front of many other customers due to thier on going badgering of a start date.  I worked delingently to get thier claim approved to the proper amount. The begining estimate on the house was $28,826.11 with my fromer insurance adjuster experience and contractor experience I was able to get the claim for the house settled at $94,831.73. 

    When I notified Mrs. **** that we had crew enroute to thier home to replace the metal she replied back via email that the new contractor had already fixed the metal.  The later Mr. **** stated that they did not have it fixed.  This is an example of many situations of how they kept jerking us around on this project.  It was at this time I cancelled the contract and emailed the adjusted the final invoice.  We do not extend any warranties on unpaid jobs nor when there was another unauthorized contractor on our job.

    The ****** complaint is baseless and without merit.  They still owe an outstanding balance of $770.55.
