About This Business

Since December 7, 2020, complaints regarding Empire Distribution Solutions allege people worked for the business receiving packages, checking for quality, and then re-shipping those packages. Complaints state they worked for the business for about a month, but never received the promised pay.  BBB contacted the business. Empire Distribution Solution’s Vice President of Operations stated employees receive packages and then ship them out.  When asked why customers haven't been paid, he did not answer that question and hung up. Empire Distribution Solutions claims to be located on Empire Drive in Florence Kentucky. The building is occupied by a different business that has never heard of Empire Distribution Solutions.  BBB will update this information as more information becomes available.
