    I paid Mana Ecom to start and run an ****** store. They promised to me verbally and on their website (at the time I started and almost a year after I started) that they offered a money back guarantee on your investment in about one year. They have now changed that on their website but I have a screenshot of what they posted online as their guarantee when I started. Currently, their website has changed from a money back guarantee to that they will keep building your store or build you a new one. They still are advertising to have a store up and selling in 6 months. Well, after almost one year of no sales, Nov. 2023, I asked for my money back with their money back guarantee. They didn't not give me my money back and said that they would get the store up and running and to just hold out another month or two. They did slowly start sales but have not been consistently running my store, handling returns, and have been shipping wrong items to customers and asking customers who have bought products to return the items. Their customer service is very slow to respond and I have to ask questions multiple times to get a response and usually I get run around answers. I have questioned their practices and asked for clarification of why things are happening the way they were or not happening and would get run around answers or no answers. In the last month they have stopped responding and I can't get a hold of them. All sales have stopped in my ****** store. The claim they may for passive income hasn't happened yet as all the money made on has gone to pay for product and their services. I would like help in resolving this issue. They haven't been holding up their end of the contract or promises that they promote on their website. I would appreciate your help in getting my investment money back.
