    After receiving service for an intoxolock at Final Touch Crew in Frankfort,Ky I’ve noticed that my radio screen had an cracks in the right and left corners on the INSIDE of the screen. So I contacted Final Touch Crew to let them know that my screen was broken during the installation. The customer service representative stated that they would look at it when the device is recalibrated. Fast forward 4weeks when it’s time to get the vehicle recalibrated. When talking to **** the owner to make my payment for the recalibration and to talk about the cracked screen. He stated that he wasn’t at fault for the screen because they don’t go through the radio to install. But somehow my radio is cracked from the inside after the installation. **** also stated that he had paperwork documented that the screen wasn’t broken during the installation. But when asking for the paperwork he couldn’t provide it and stated it would take 2 hours for him to find it. Which seems a little unusual. When I told **** I can show him dated pictures that I took from the day of the installation until now he refused to look at it and got VERY aggressive and made an racial remark saying ‘’ I just told him (my husband) we’re not at fault and that black guy is my witness. I stated why not say this guy instead of putting an race on it. He said he’s black what do you want me to say he’s Korean’’ It was so unprofessional and heartbreaking to see an business owner handling situations the way he did. I will never do business with this company ever again.

    *** ***** ****** brought his 2017 Cadillac XTS for installation of Intoxalock equipment. Before installing the equipment, we must complete an inspection sheet of the vehicle and technician must sign the sheet. Attached is a copy of Mr. Bailey's inspection sheet. Installation of Intoxalock equipment does not require touching or removing the radio. It was noted on checklist that radio screen was cracked when vehicle came in for installation of Intoxalock. We did contact Intoxalock to inform them of the situation with *** ******* Please let us know if you have any questions or need more information in regard to this matter. Thank you.

    I am rejecting this response because: the paperwork that was submitted is fraudulent. Just like the name he gave me. He told me his name was **** when his real name **** ****** When asking for this paperwork he couldn’t provide it. But now weeks down the line the paperwork appears??? Seems kinda strange to me. Also on the paperwork it says the screen was already cracked when we both know that was false information. As I stated before we asked for the inspection report and **** stated that it would take 2 hours to find the paperwork or that we could come back at the end of the day to pick it up. Mind you it was 10am when asking for this paperwork. That seems fraudulent like he had to write up something to cover his staff. As mentioned before the screen is cracked from the INSIDE.. its mentioned in your paperwork you stated you had to replace screws. So when installing the item through the dashboard either the staff screwed the screws in too tight causes the screen to cracked from the inside or something hit the screen. Attached are pictures of the vehicle the day before the inspection & it’s date stamped. In the previous message I already sent what the screen looks like now.

    Final Touch Crew installed Intoxalock as per a court order mandated for ***** ******* Radio and Intoxalock are two separate unrelated components. We cannot release personal information to *** ********* The bottom of steering column screws was replaced with installation of Intoxalock equipment. **** said it would take 2-3 hours to pull the video. The inspection sheet completed for ***** ****** or any Intoxalock customer is provided by Intoxalock to all their Intoxalock installers. Again, we do not access nor operate the radio as the components are separate and unrelated.
    We cannot show paperwork confirming how unit is installed per Intoxalock. Installation paperwork clearly says that Intoxalock equipment is installed under the driver’s side dash.
