I purchased a pallet of returns from this business. I had to reschedule my pickup and was told that I could pick this up on 2/4/2025 at 7am. I received a call on 1/30/25 at 5:30 pm advising that if I didn't pick the pallet up Friday, 1/31/25, they would cancel it because they were overscheduled for the day. I was told that I would be charged a $150 restocking fee. I was also told that the pickup has to be done within 5 days, while the terms of service state that it is 14 days, and 10%. "Please note that our policy requires all orders to be picked up within 14 days to maintain steady inventory flow and competitive pricing. Failure to abide by this policy results in order cancellations and a 10% re-stocking fee." Even though the pickup date fell after the 14 days required in the terms of service, an agreement was made by their representative. I purchased the pallet on 1/8/25. Due to extreme weather condition I had to reschedule this pickup. The rep at the company agreed to 2/4/25 and I feel that they should have to honor this date and time. If they are unable to honor this date and time, then offer a date and time after the 4th that we can agree on. It is not my fault they overscheduled. Cancelling my order because they made a mistake is not ethical.

I found DirectLiquidation auction on the Internet. I never heard of them and did not do research - apparently it is a fraud company that scams people. I placed a bid on three pallets of items "returned by customers" from ******** The manifesto stated that 18 TVs that were part of the package were "untested customer returns" in "not working" condition. I did not mind that since I repair TVs. I won the auction and picked up the pallets myself. When I brought all items home for inspection I found out that all TVs were not "customer returns" - they came from DirectLiquidation tech department, where all TVs were "gutted out" - EVERYTHING was removed from the inside of every TVs and only shells were in the boxes. All electronics, power supplies, output panels, remote access, mounts - all were stolen from every box. Many screens were damaged (possible reason for initial return" . I contacted the Direct Liquidation and Rowel from support said that this is expected and they will not do anything. I started reading on the Internet and this company has been scamming people for a decade. Company moves around and changes address every now and then. This fraud needs to stop.

I looked into my portal and DirectLiquidation fabricated a new invoice where they say the monitors were " recycle", but I still have original invoices in PDF and hard copy
