    I had a new roof installed by Topper roofing. Will, the person that handled the case was great. The manager/owner I talked to was a douche. He said that the people that they contracted out has nothing to do with them and they can’t help. I gave it a lot of time, but they continued sucking. They act like everything is out of their hands. I told them to just replace what they removed from my property. 6 months later it still hasn’t happened. The Manager/ Owner said that he can’t control what happens, because I was to far for the contractor that removed the siding to come back and that I needed to wait. (I will attach a picture)

    Your insurance provider initially recommended a full roof replacement and suggested siding repairs. Before we proceeded with the roof, you expressed interest in getting your insurance to cover all of the siding. In support of that, we removed a piece of your siding and submitted it to ITEL for lab analysis. The results confirmed that your siding is discontinued, and as a result, your insurance provider approved the full replacement of all siding.


    Once that was clarified and your roof was approved, we completed the roof installation. However, you informed us that you did not want to move forward with the siding replacement and instead requested that we simply reinstall a new piece where the original had been removed.


    At that point, we advised that the specific siding was no longer available and recommended hiring a local contractor who might be able to temporarily install a similar piece. Since you chose not to move forward with the siding replacement on damaged elevations of the house as approved by insurance, our role was effectively complete.


    Months later, we were surprised to receive this complaint, as we had clearly communicated the situation and provided recommendations based on the limitations of the siding availability.


    We always strive to act in good faith and in the best interests of our customers, and in this case, we followed the appropriate steps to assist you in maximizing your insurance claim.
