    I contacted ****** last year around November or December for my business security camera system. We agreed the pricing and he started working middle or end of December then I had to go out of country for month of January so I told him finish the work before I leave. He finished the work when I was out of country but I told him when I saw him in December if I don't like the camera or the clarity he has to change it. He was like sure no problem. And I also told him that if I don't like where you position the camera then when I come back in the country I will contact him and he will come by and change it. He put the camera where you can't see half of the stuff that needs to be seen. Same thing with parking lot camera. It doesn't cover the parking lot at all. And if we sign the agreement and it is on the agreement that he will give us 3 hard drive and he only put 1 hard drive storage so recording only last 2 days in the system. I contacted him so many times then he sent one of his worker 1 time an I explained everything and he said they will be back but they are never back. I contact through text and calls but he doesn't give response back to us. I need my money back because we paid him more than $30k for camera. He can take his system back. There is not a single company out there that who does that to their customers. If I have to hire a lawyer if he doesn't meet my requirement then I will go that route. It been almost a year. So BBB Please help me get this person and make him do his job what he agreed. Thank You

    We installed this customer almost a year ago now. Before the installation we did a thorough walkthrough around the building and he told us every single place he wanted the cameras to go, some against my judgement. We installed the system exactly how he asked and wanted it installed. He wanted us to come out several times to install hard drives in the DVR and several times we showed up to no one being there in order to let us in the office where the DVR is located, the dry runs we usually charge customers for but did not charge him. Now almost a year later i get this letter and i am confused since i haven't heard from the customer in some time. I instantly contacted *** ***** in order to resolve the issues he having. I offer to come and adjust the cameras getting bad views for FREE, but all he wanted to do is argue with me. Finally the customer states he needs almost all of the 40 something cameras moved to complete different positions which requires new wire runs, setup, etc. I told the customer that's basically a whole new install and i cannot do it for free, as it would probably take a few days and several technicians. I offered to come and give an estimate to move the cameras but the customer refused since he believes i should redo this entire install for free. There is nothing wrong with the equipment or software it all works, he has an issue with the angles of the cameras which he told us where to put each of them, he even did another walkthrough towards the end of the install and said everything looked good except maybe 2-3 cameras, which we fixed for him at the time. This customer just wants to get this install for free even a year later.
