      They supply wireless internet to my home; the service has gone off very many times. When you call the office to report the problem you get an answering machine, and very seldom. do they ever call you back. This last time it has gone off, they have sent a repair person out to fix the problem twice and we were told that the *** would be turning it on for us, it has been over a week, and no one will call us back, and we still have no service.

      I canceled my service on November 4, 2022.Payments was taken out of my account November 1, 2022 in the amount of $ 67.55.I have asked for a refund for the service that was never used.Fastnet refuses to give me the refund.

      FastNet Wireless LLC does not require a contract, therefore we are a month to month service. We was given no notice that the customer was wanting to cancel service. At the point of cancellation we had already incurred the cost of the customer in administrative fees, local taxes, bandwidth fees, credit card fees, and etc. If the customer knew they was wanting to cancel service we should have been given a two weeks notice of cancellation where we could have stopped all of the incurred costs for that customer. We stopped the customer account the day she called in but as the company we already had incurred the cost and the customer was made aware of that that day. We are a month to month service that doesn't require a contract.

      I am rejecting this response because: Doesnt matter to me if there was no contract. I paid for service in advance for the month of November and NO service was used. Was told could cancel anytime and I did so. Im not asking for the refund for ALL the down time Ive experienced with this service, but I am requiring to the service that I didnt use. I expect a full refund from this company.

      We've reported multiple issues of internet outages & no response from the company. Also no response after requested apology/explanation from the BBB to us. Our service went out the night of Wednesday July 27th due to weather. On Thursday we were told multiple places were down & someone was out fixing it. Friday we were told they were unable to fix due to weather & would be fixed by close of business. I work from home & have lost money due to this problem & stressed that to them. They were down until Monday. I got home from working elsewhere & it went back down Monday evening after office hours & they got it back up Tuesday. They wouldn't call me back, but would call my husband back. It is still in & out. We just don't appreciate their carelessness knowing that they didn't get it up in running the whole weekend.
