    In March 2022 I hired Medley Plumbing to install new water lines in my home. First, let me say the man they sent to my home was severely unprofessional. The whole time he was working he would say " I hate my Job " I wrote it off that the guy was having a bad day. Shortly after the work was done I started noticing the floor going into my living room was soft. I had someone come out to take a look they thought it was my window in the living room leaking. I replaced the window, and about a month later I noticed the floor in front of the sink was soft. So I had someone come out and they found a leak on the shut-off valve that Medley had put in. I thought maybe this was just a freak accident. A few months passed and I realized the floor was still soft and maybe expanding some from the previous moisture. I honestly thought well there must have been more damage done to the floor than I thought. Boy was wrong ... A few days ago I hired someone to come out and look under my home to see what was going on. When they got under they found the pex line Had not been crimped correctly and I have had a leak this whole time ruining my kitchen floor. Now the whole kitchen floor has to be replaced. I'm very disappointed. I called Medley Plumbing and asked if they warranted their work and they said they did not. I am just trying to save someone else the hardship i have felt this las few days .

    I’m very sorry for your issue. We do warranty our work. Your particular job was completed in March of 2022.. as you stated in your review. The job completed for you was over a year and a half ago.. this is outside of the warranty period. If this had happened within the warranty window, and had it have been proven that this happened as a result of faulty craftsmanship on our end, you can definitely rest assured to know that this would have been addressed and handled accordingly, fairly, and appropriately. Considering the time that has lapsed between when the work was done, and when you reached out with your complaint, the warranty period had already been exhausted. We are and have always operated a very fair and honest business. This was no different when we serviced you as our customer one year and seven months ago.
