    Hired this company 5/24 to repair and repoint external brickwork on my home. No deadline specified, but the same year would have been nice. Paid $3100 deposit. Months later they came by, worked for an hour or so, and disappeared, leaving their ladders and supplies. Have not responded to messages.

    On 4/21 we paid a half down deposit on a job to make a stamped concrete patio in our back yard. They were supposed to start the job on 5/6. They did not show up that week, then showed up one day the following week to do some demo and haven’t came back since. Our yard is now a muddy mess. Communication is difficult. They will tell me they will show up a certain day then nothing after I have asked them just to let me know if they cannot make it on the day they say. This has been happening for weeks now. And now no response to calls or texts at all. We just want the job finished or our money back.

    I cannot complete my garage build because tm failed to file a building permit. I have photos that prove tm did a good job and followed protocols. I need them to file the permit so the city can approve.

    We hired TM concrete to install a driveway on our empty lot next to our house so we could eventually have a garage built. TM installed the driveway but did not pull necessary permits or have the site inspected before the concrete was poured. The garage is ready to install but cincinnati refused to issue a permit until TM can prove the driveway meets city ordnance. We need TM to pull the permit and prove to the city all ordinances were followed.
