      I had a cincysavers gift certificate for $200, booked an 80 min massage and 60 anti-aging facial according to the prices on their website and when I got there the facial and massage lasted 50 min total for both and when I questioned it I was told only a 50 min massage was confirmed and that they doing do 60 min facials. When I booked originally I was never told I wasnt getting what I actually booked. The establishment is inside a fitness center so all I heard during my time was loud music and an instructor yelling during a nearby spinning class! By far the worst massage experience Ive ever had!

      The worth massage place ever and this was the absolute worst massage I have ever received, by a long shot.This was with out a doubt the worst massage spa, or what you can call this place and end ** in pain and doctors visits .....Awful massage a 2year old could do better.I will need a massage after I feel better because my neck/back still sore/pain
