      Legacy******** Properties is wrongfully charging me for utilities and services that should not have billed to me after we moved out of their rental property. They are charging me 2 months of utilities stating we are responsible for those utilities until end of lease regardless if we lived there or not. We had terminated our lease one month early, followed all rules to do so and no where in the lease states utilities are to remain on in our name. They are also charging me for removal of a shed that was on property line that belonged to the neighbor. As well as cleaning services (carpet and general house clean) that was done once we had all our belongings out. They new we had done all that but still charged us anyway. I have attached all letters, receipts and documentation that shows supports my complaint. Attempted to settle and they refused, they stated "well we already did it so we have to charge you". They actually owe us money back.
