    My crown fell off and I called to schedule appt. Was given a day and time to go. Showed up to the dentist and they said they dont take walk-ins and they didnt have time to see me, but I could come back at 2:45pm after arriving for my 11:15am appt. Was told that the girl who took my call no longer worked there and she shouldnt have scheduled me or been doing anything for the office. This place is a joke.

    After reviewing your appointment date, we found out that it was scheduled the day after the one you came for. However, we still offered you to be seen on the day that you came despite our already other scheduled appointments. Thank you for your inquiry.

    This is a super sketchy dental office. All they are good for is referrals. I came in for a cleaning and fillings. An assistant took me to the back and I waited for 20 minutes. I thought it was super weird that the dentist himself did my cleaning and not the hygienist. He never introduced himself nor did he explain anything to me. He picked at my teeth and brushed super gently. I never got any mouthwash, no flossing, and no fluoride. When he was done he told me I had no cavities, which I do, and just left. It was super sketchy and I feel as if they are committing insurance fraud to get paid.

    your disappointed review was a surprise because you did NOT let us know that there were any issues with your appointment while you were here!!! For which we would have happily taken care of your concerns.We should point out that since you met the same dentist twice, once for your referral and a second time for your checkup appointment, there was no need for the second introduction!!!Also, we find your comment about brushing your teeth "super gently" to be a complement to us because thousands of patients during the past 28 years of being in business would NOT mind it and would rather avoid any rough care and pain they could get. Moreover, a lot of patients thank us every day for being extra gentle and providing comfort care which we find they greatly appreciate. So, for that compliment we thank you for it. Furthermore, if you like to modify your appointment's experience with us, you could still call us to schedule another appointment and we would be surely looking forward to getting you taken care of.
