    0/10 DO NOT RENT FROM THEM terrible people to rent from. All they care about is their money. Will have you and your kids living in a mold infested building with leaking pipes. Soon as you tell them theirs a problem their response is well we can terminate the contract and go separate ways never wants to fix anything they need to be shut down and stop owning properties!
