      Mr Jonathan is very unprofessional he has poor communications . Over the period of a month i had sent him pictures of the job to be done he excepted the job for 5000 dollars , he said he would be able to do it on Monday April 14 I ask him to confirm he would be there in Freeburn kentucky on the 14th because I'm from Northern Ohio and my partner was from Florida and I felt we should all be there together he guaranteed me he would be there on the 14 so my partner and I made arrangements to be there. Once we was there we did everything he asked so he could move it (remove 8x16 deck all the wood under pinning unhooked sewer ,water and electricity. Went and bought blocks to set it on once moved. Monday the 14 around 730 am I sent him a courtesy text that said if your GPS wants you to come
      Peter fork road don't do it because it has a hair pin turn that you will get stranded on there is 3 other ways in that are fine .he says ok I'm grabbing my skates and I'll call you in a hour around 5 hours later I call him and he gives me an excuse that he couldn't find his skates so it would be the next day the 15 before he could come on the 15 th I text and ask what time he would be there he gives me the excuse his truck won't start a couple hours later I text he can't get it running he has a mechanic on the way he will be there in a couple hours so we wait till 6 o'clock I text he tells me he is renting a truck to come . Not once could he even be honest with us .now the cabin is setting there unhooked while I find someone else to do the job not to mention the 3000 were out messing with him

      We’re sorry this customer was dissatisfied with their experience. We’d like to clarify that no signed contract was ever in place, and no payment was exchanged at any point. While we understand the customer made preparations on their end, we did not receive confirmation of a formal agreement or financial commitment.
      Due to unforeseen equipment issues, we had to cancel the tentative plans and communicated this as promptly and respectfully as possible. We strive to be transparent and professional in all of our interactions, and we regret any inconvenience this may have caused.
      We appreciate the opportunity to clarify the situation and remain committed to integrity in all business dealings.
