    I had a reservation for a room here for 3/22-3/23 and when I arrived my reservation did not appear in their computer system. I had email proof of the reservation with a confirmation number but they apparently couldn't find my reservation. It was late, so I couldn't find somewhere else to go and had to purchase another hotel room at the Motel 6 (a $130.00 charge when I already paid $50.00). I only did so because I wanted to get a refund, however, the motel has not refunded me for either of the two rooms I purchased.

    Booked a motel with ********** and each one is pointing the finger at the other. Motel 6 says ********** has to refund and ********** says motel 6 has to refund. And nobody will refund. Rooms were full of bedbugs.

    First off they tried to give me a second floor room (no elevator) when I asked for and "reserved" a first floor room, because I'm a heart patient and can't climb stairs. They charged me extra for the first floor room, for an "upgrade". The room I was given had nothing that was advertised, no full size refrigerator, no microwave, barely any furniture, no towels and washclothes. The smoke detector was in a drawer under the sink. Their pool, or sespool, looked like you might need a couple shots of penicillin before getting into it. So we were moved into to yet another room. This room had more things in it but was dirty.we went ahead and took the room. We were there for 7 days, but in the 6th day we were kicked out for "smoking" in the room. The only problem with that is that we don't smoke. Again I'm a heart patient, why would we be smoking. The owner (Slumdog), kicked us out, refused to refund any money that was already paid and to top it all off, called the police on Their pool, or sespool, looked like you might need a couple shots of penicillin before getting into it. If it were possible to give a negative star rating I would. Absolutely ridiculous. This place shouldn't even be open, it's a serious health hazard. I would like only to be refunded the money for the last day I didn't spend there. I think that's fair.
