5 starsWe had siding come loose, due to the recent high winds, and needed the issue addressed quickly to prevent a much bigger mess. JB Construction & Remodeling addressed the problem in a timely and professional manner. I wanted to leave my review on BBB because that is where I initially found JB Construction and I think is probably the best place to look if you are concerned with finding reputable contactors.
I want to thank JB Construction for the fantastic job they did on my home. The work that I had performed was pretty extensive and included a new roof, all new gutters, soffit and aluminum facia, new siding and trim of the entirety of the house, new porch posts, a new window, and additional support for a portion of my roof trusses and removal of some poor roofing structure to seal the exterior of the home.
Communication from start to finish was good. I had many questions during the initial planning period. My concerns were all eased through their complete and accurate answers. Before and during the work, all phone calls were taken and emails were answered quickly and completely. Douglas, Hector, and Jhonaton all were knowledgeable yet still open to suggestions.
The porch posts were custom built using Cedar which I have stained and urethaned since (which i told them I wanted to do, fyi). The siding was Hardy Board. The roofing was GAF. It is reassuring to have reputable products with warranties to boot. They also came in under the initial quote.
The house looks great and I have had many people complement the house, even before they were finished, I would recommend them to anyone.JB Construction & Remodeling LLC

My living room had an old tv nook built into it. It was possibly my least favorite feature when I bought the house. They remodeled it to my specifications, & fixed some holes in my drywall. They were able to fit into my schedule, & they finished the job within a month of me first contacting them. They kept me up to date on everything. The estimate was better than their competitors, & I didn't pay more than the estimated price. They stayed in the time window they promised. I would hire them again, & since the estimate was free, there's no risk.JB Construction & Remodeling LLC

I recently used JB Construction & Remodeling for completion of the roof and installing shingles on a shed on my property. Their work was excellent and professional. I was extremely pleased with the work performed and the timely manner in completing the project for me. They were kept me informed as the work progressed. JB Construction went above and beyond when it came to repairing/replacing my vinyl siding due to the recent windstorms. They were with me every step of the way working with the insurance company to get what was needed and doing the job timely. They showed up when they said they would, and they completed the job just as timely. I will be using them again to complete other projects at my home.
