    This company had hooked up to tow my car from a half empty parking lot at my daughter’s apartment complex claiming the spot I parked in was for residents only (there was no sign at the spot where I parked - there was one pointed out by the driver. It was facing the opposite direction and at the end of the parking row, suspiciously out of view when you actually park). The company charged me $65 cash only and suggested I walk to a gas station about a mile away if Indidnt have the cash on me. They said they would send a receipt and pictures by text but I received nothing. My daughter had lived ant this apartment complex for over two years and parking has never been a problem before. I think the dude just needed $65 to pay for his own Valentines Day dinner for his wife who was with him and tried to short us $10 when giving us our change. The whole thing was very shady.
