    Contacted *** by phone and informed of the issue, portable fridge/ freezer not cold enough. It was only a few months old and has a 12 month warranty. Did some troubleshooting to determineit was not misuse. He did tell me I was expecting too much from the unit, as it is not a freezer. It is clearly advertised as a freezer, and the temp settings go to -8 degrees Fahrenheit. He promised to call me back. He did not.

    I called him back a week or so later, several times, there was no answer. I then used a different phone, and they answered immediately. Again, he promised to call me back, this time he said 5 minutes.

    I waited an hour or so, then called him back. He was upset, told me that I was not his only customer, and promised to call me back. He never did. This was in May. I do have phone records.

    I filed a credit card dispute with AMEX, and they told AMEX many lies. In the end, and I got this from AMEX, he says it is a manufacturer warranty, and I need to return it to them.

    He has warranty info on his website, and it does not mention this. Also, he never offered me any options to get the product repaired, only promised to call me back.
