    I read all the positive reviews about Creekside Cabinetry, it was highly recommended by other tradesmen and after 5 kitchen designs, by 5 big box chains I decided to go with Creekside Cabinetry. I put a lot of thought, time in the design of the cabinets, layout and stain choice. The first issue was the time line of the installation was delayed once because of drywall issues then delayed because they weren't done, even though they were being stained "March 21". The house was ready for installation on April 10th didn't get installed until April 19th. Not too big of a deal considering nothing during the remodel was on time. Biggest issues:1) Edge banding was not adhered correctly. 2) I wanted the cabinet door to go to the ceiling without a soffit, if a knew that a soffit would be required then a much smaller width, would have been my choice, I wanted a modern seamless cabinet design that used all available wall space with less waste. 3) The hardware was not installed correctly some of the handles are not completely vertical and angled because the holes where not lined up. 4) The person that installed the handles busted the wood by installing the screw down forcefully. 5) The island wasn't installed in the place as we discussed and wasn't properly finished because of that placement. 6) One of the wall cabinets is bigger than the other 7) The stand mixer cabinet insert was placed too high and if you put the mixer on the stand it hits the top of the cabinet. 8) No holes was pre drilled for the pull out trash cabinet and many more. The biggest flaw is a company that doesn't fix its errors and ignores text messages and phone calls. I threw extra work his was too BEFORE I knew that I would be done this way. I have text messages, call logs and pictures to provide proof of these. I gave Andy ample time to fix his mistakes but here it is, August and he's been paid and I got crappy work.
