    *****, he came out to do some electrical work, some plumbing work and to remodel my bathroom on different occasions. Needless to say you can take a shower and a bath at the same time my lights in my house still flicker the new tub insert isn’t set in properly there’s big gaps. He didn’t even caulk The new vanity needless to say his work looks like a four-year-old done it. He never fix my cabinets. He’s never came back to fix or try to make anything right he won’t text or call back so I threatened him with court. he also doesn’t want to provide any receipts. I had him to put in a second water fixture for the first vanity. I decided to go with the smaller vanity so he took the new pieces that he just installed when he was only supposed to take the debris from the bathroom and the other areas he was working not keep my new parts that I paid to put in and him to take back out The light fixtures don’t sit flush to the wall. You can only turn the water on in the shower halfway and then you take a bath and a shower. It won’t go all the way to the hot side. It doesn’t even sit center. It’s a cobbled up mess and I’m very unhappy with everything that he’s been paid to do here. I deserve all of my money back for all three times that he’s been here.

    This is the same person that filed the last complaint. Again I have submitted the documentation from messaging with this customer where I tried to work this out and she was insistent on just taking me to court and did not want to discuss me taking care of the issues she had. Most of the issues she had were not even with my work, it was problems created by previous work she had done by someone else. I did exactly what was on the proposal for me to do. I do not know of any company that provides customers with receipts for materials purchased for the job. There is only the agreed upon price for said job. This was a contract job not time and materials. Most customers do not understand what goes into the cost of a job therefore showing receipts for materials purchased is not a justification of cost of the job. I tried to work it out before it got out of hand, but customer would not speak it me to get it worked out so I gave up and let the customer do whatever they thought was necessary. By the way this job was finished in August.

    The first time I hired ***** was for electrical issues for an electrical panel from the pole to the panel box in my master bathroom and to do all new plumbing ,seem to be fine until he came back the second time to do the bathroom and some other work.
    I had water, I just didn't have hot water. I text him, and said it would be nice to have hot water he just kind of avoided the situation.
    he comes back to put the bathtub inserted and says I'm good to go to use the bath and the shower, well you can take a shower and a bath at the same time, I also hired him to do all new receptacles & light covers , they don't sit flush to the wall & some are still missing, some are crooked, lights flickering.
    He was also hired to fix my cabinets, my Island has a bubbled ...he was also supposed to make a second contract that he never did, nor was the kitchen cabinets done/ he was also paid to install closet doors they're still uninstalled ,sump pump he didn't do that ,I had to hire another company to do it.
    He did my electrical work, can lights ( kitchen) the outside light too my shed wasn't hooked back up, the storm hit in Sept,a tree hit my roof and my insurance Co.came to inspect it, & said who did the electrical work ? I said Co. Name. it was your inspector that did it he signed off on it through ***. I was informed that *** doesn't have inspectors only the city and the state has them. I was informed that my house could catch on fire due to faulty wiring in the Attic I also asked to replace the steps for said attic got a sheet of wood instead contacted him about that because, everything I have children pets in my home & we didnt know if we're going to go to bed and wake up he seems to think it's okay
    didn't find it funny I'm not okay with it needless to say ***** thought I was being hostile because I wanted what we agreed on receipts he can't provide nor will he respond back the wood n my laundry room is causing my washer to be off balance water heater had no power replaced it.

    *** ******** had another person working on her home when we got involved with her job. We replaced her electric service and breaker box and repiped her water lines and some drain lines to the master bathroom that this guy was remodeling.  This was in the middle of February 2024. Everything was working fine when that job was complete. *** ******** then had an event with said guy and he did not finish the house.  At that time *** ******** contacted me again, this was in May and nothing was said about no hot water. I proposed to come in and do some work which can be seen on invoice. The lights we installed were not in the kitchen as seen on my invoice they are in the dining room. I did reinstall all her closet doors except 1, because after her other guys reframed the opening the doors would not fit. Some of the pictures she sent me as complaints were this other guys work, not mine. I tried to converse with *** ******** to work it out and she just insisted that she was going to sue me and didn't want me to do anything. I will provide this message correspondence as well. I did quit responding to *** ******** after she showed no interest in working out the issues.
