    I ordered a tilt out trash cabinet through ****** in December, 2024. The order number is *******************. The item arrived with missing pieces and damage to the bottom portion of some parts.
    The price paid was $151.75.
    On January 8, 2025 I contacted the seller asking for a refund and return instructions. My husband then pit all the pieces in the box ( which was slightly damaged) ready to .send back to the company. They sent me a return slip and he affixed it to the box and attempted to return thinking postage was paid. The UPS store wanted to charge $178.00. He then went to the USPS and they were asking $131.00 to return item.
    I contacted the company explaining the high costs and asking if they would pay the return postage. They then told me I did not have to return the item and to send pictures. I sent pictures and waited and waited and waited. I contacted them again asking for follow-up and received no response. After approximately four days I again contacted them asking for instructions. After about a week they responded I did not have to return the item and offered me $30.00, if I would accept that? Of course I said no as I paid $151.75 for a defective product. I never heard from them again ev n though I have repeatedly tried contacting them.
    The deadline for return is February 1, 2025, I have heard nothing else and suspect they are now just waiting for the deadline date.
    Please note my initial return request was January 8, 2025 and this problem has not been resolved in all this time.
