    They are a horrible business with horrible business practices… they would go for 6 months at a time and never completed the job and my unit is still not working properly. It caused mold under my house and then they wanted me to fix the problem and then they have the audacity to tell me it’s out of warranty…. I even have video footage of all the condensation dripping from the unit under my house

    Customer had a water problem in their crawlspace causing the new unit to condensate. Informed them to fix crawlspace problem and we would pay to treat mold and replace the unit at no charge. Even though the mold was not caused from our unit and we have documented photos showing mold before our unit was installed. Customer signed a document stating everything was complete and they did not want the new unit ending our relationship with this customer. The equipment has manufacturer warranty and we recommend them to contact a different contractor
