  stole my materials did not give me receipts used and excuvater which he did not need tore up every concrete step to my house I pd for an evcuvater that was part of the job he said he needed but the company said 300.00 he gets it for 7 days...he had it here maybe 7 days total had it at his families doing work for them instead of using it here and taking it back in 7 days. I paid 2600 to DSS Rental having no idea how much bc he sd it was 300.00 a day which I found out was a lie. He would not provide any receipts. He started this job at the end of March 2024 and he was here for a month He did not have communication with me at this time with his phone. He would promise to come early in morning instead worked most times at night. He left my garage door open one night. Dirt all in my garage now. I live in cul-de-sac he left the rented trailer and excuvater in the road My retaining wall was falling down when he finished. I have had to hire others to Redo the whole job that he charged me 8,900.00. I paid 4500.00 for materials he took 41 pics of wood back to get High on Herione the boy told me that helped him a couple of times. He did not have card reader to pay him the other 4500.00 so he ask me to pay for the excuavater not knowing I was paying for a month that he did not have here plus he didn't need it anyways. All he needed to do was manually dig the dirt. So I have learned since then. He did not screw the wood together or put enough concrete in the new posts to hold it. Plus did put plastic down or corrugated pipe in the dirt like he said he would. He put it beside my driveway that was connected to nothing. He ruined my steps also with this machine which he did not need. My retaining wall was falling down the next day day. So he stold my material took it back overcharged me by 7 000.00 I am having to dispute this with my cc company...for the 2600 for machine. ****** *******
