    We bought a home from Sunset at the end of last year. Have only been in the BRAND NEW home since Nov 2022 and have had nothing but issues since! Everytime we have had a issue we have been told to call the Manufacturer (*******), when we call ******* they tell us that our problem should be taken care of by Sunset. So we get the run around. Not to mention excuses. Our walk in shower wasn't grouted when we moved in, thank God I noticed the water pouring in the floor when my husband was taking a shower. We have had multiple water leaks, our block wasn't level, our trim wasn't put on right. When we called Sunset to let them know Skip came out and made things worse. To "fix" the problem he put 25 damn nails in my black trim that stands out like a sore thumb. Now we have water standing in our vents. My husband is disabled and isn't able to crawl under the house to investigate. He called Susan to let her know and she was rude telling him that it wasn't under warranty blah blah blah. It is and I will address every small thing now until my warranty is up. I WOULDN'T NOT recommend this place to buy a home! The homes fall apart and Sunset don't know how to fix anything but mostly drag *** and don't want to.

    Call came in yesterday; I pulled file and we imediately went to view home. Condensation lines will tend to leak in any home if filters are not clean. The filter had to be changed and we sucked condensation out of floor registers, vents. This is the homeowner's responsibility to change filters every 30 days, especially if they have inside pets.
