    I would not recommend working with this company. I had an easy do For less than one season when the material broke free from the string, tying it to the side of my pool as instructed which caused a hole making the pillow fill up with water and sinking it to the bottom of the pool. It was a 22 foot pillow, so needless to say it was extremely heavy and impossible to get out with without cutting it into pieces which I did not do until I called the company and so their instruction. Then they did not want to give me a refund because they stated they could not prove windspeeds For the timeframe, I used their product although I had sent detailed weather reports for every month I owned the pillow even when it wasn’t actually in my pool. Their customer service was absolutely horrible and the process of trying to negotiate with them went on for months. They never wanted to admit , they had a faulty product and no matter how much proof I sent when they asked they always wanted me to send something extra. I did everything asked me to do and they still refused to give me a refund
