I recently took my car to Wright 210 for a repair and was extremely disappointed with the service. Despite being charged $200, the initial issue with my vehicle was not fixed. They did not have an idea of what was wrong, the outcome was unsatisfactory. I expected a thorough repair for the amount I paid, but that was not the case. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and improves their service quality for future customers.

We are so sorry your experience with us was unsatisfactory. We ran extensive diagnostics trying to determine the lagging at start up. The tech scanned and watched live data to see if any codes were present and multiple codes were in the history but not current for multiple misfires. During the live data monitoring the vehicle passed the power balancing and compression testing with the sensor. The tech could not get the vehicle to show any current misfires nor could get it to lag at start up. The tech recommended changing all four plugs and coils if these hadn't been done recently and we gave you an estimate on that repair. For the complaint of a possible coolant leak, the coolant level was a the min level in the reservoir but still visible. The vehicle was not overheating while in our shop. The coolant fans were functioning properly and both upper and lower radiator hoses reached temp indicating a properly operating thermostat. There were no visible signs of external coolant leaks and the system passed all coolant testing procedures for internal leaks and none were present. Including a pressurized coolant leak test. You were advised to bring it back in if the problem persists or becomes more often. Unfortunately, techs can't solve problems is they aren't active when they are diagnosing it. You seemed fine with our diagnoses when you pick up your vehicle. We feel like the $187.50 that you were charged was more than fair for all of the time the tech spent looking into you complaints. No one gives extensive free diagnostics due to cost of labor and equipment to perform complete tests. Many shops and dealers would have charged you more to look at it. If we were a dishonest company, we could have installed unnecessary parts. The individual tests performed, if billed separately would have been a lot more but the manager wanted to give you a discount for just the time involved. We value our reputation in our small town and we would have never wanted you to leave unsatisfied so this comes as a surprise. We wish you would have let us know that you had a problem before you left and we would have worked with you the best we could. But, unfortunately, we can't work for free.
