    computer repair bus . totally dishonest had his sec.call and tell me computer mas ready charged me 1 00.25 dollars , it didn't work they refused to call or respond . Got another tec. check it out it had a hard drive, walla $400 later it works . This guy needs to be put out of bus. and jailed !!

    We’re sorry to hear about your experience, but we believe there are some misunderstandings here. Our records show that we did complete the repair, and we provided clear communication throughout the process. The charge was for the diagnostic and repair service, of which you had requested we wipe and reload your laptop.
    When you dropped the laptop off, we informed you that we would notify you know once we were done and it was ready for pickup. You called us 4 times within a few hours of dropping the laptop off for repair on a Friday afternoon. We provided status updates each time and also warned you that it may not be completed until Monday as we could only go as fast as the computer would allow. We then called you Monday morning, letting you know the laptop was ready for pickup (service completed within one business day of dropping it off).
    After further review with our technicians and our phone logs, you had also called to inquire about printer repair. We advised that it would probably be more expensive for us to try and repair your printer than going out and buying a new one. Our technicians also spent over 20 minutes on the phone with you on an unrelated issue regarding your Internet Service Provider. You were having issues connecting to your Internet at home, but could not tell us who your Internet provider was. Despite this, our technician tried to walk you through checking for who it was and looking on the back of the provider's equipment to get your password.
    From our last communication, you had called back letting us know that you had figured out who your provider was and was able to get connected to the Internet, but were unable to "login to the Internet". At this point, we advised you to bring the laptop back in so you could show us what you were trying to do and we could try to assist you further. You said you would be in later, but never came back to our office.
    It’s important to note that we provide full transparency about the status of repairs, and any further necessary work is always discussed with customers before proceeding. If something wasn’t to your satisfaction, we would have appreciated the opportunity for you to bring the laptop back in so we could address the issue.
