Spoke with a man named Chris and then with the owner about an issue of a power cord and adapter going missing from our rv while it was there. He claims they don't even use our power cords. The guy my husband spoke with specifically said to bring the power cord, adapter and extension cord we used with it to make sure there were no issues with it. I was very polite with the man until he continuously argued with me that there is nothing they can do and they aren't responsible for anything left in our rv. And then says they don't fence their lot so anyone can come in and steal stuff. Wow. Obviously I know someone didn't come in there and steal something. But if that's what we were asked to bring with the rv and then when it doesn't come back with they rv the least they can do is say sorry and then replace what disappeared. I would have understood if they mistakenly put it in someone else's rv or accidentally marked it as there's but the guy was a jerk and acted like they don't use our cords and that is a lie. So thanks to them I now have to buy a new 30 amp cord and adapter because they have poor customer service. Also don't accuse me of screaming and swearing when I barely raised my voice and **** isn't a swear. Like they said they record all calls so you can go back and listen.

We did not use their cord, did not need to use their cord and do not have their cord. You did not speak with the owner, I am the owner writing this but you did speak with a manager. Nobody laid claim that it was stolen / not stolen, or even in the camper. We never needed to use the cord so the compartment was never opened (as you stated that is where it was). We mark every cord in our shop with colored tape so we were able to walk around and see if any unmarked cord was there.

I reiterate, do not return to our dealership. The drama from the first day have been more than unreasonable.
