    William Aaron W***** dba Genisis Consulting.
    By contract, he was to take care of the builder permit while building a stand alone, screened porch. Late in the project when told directly from Code Enforcement that a permit was needed, and that code violations needed to be addressed, he did nothing to help. This leaves us with expense and time to fix the problems.
    The work was shoddy. Examples is a gutter that holds water, no down spout was installed. Screens had paint smears. Gaps in exterior walls allow critters and insects to enter screened area.
    Did not furnish contracted components. Example is no ceiling fan per material list. Much of the electrical components on the material list are not supplied.
    Installed a large portion of contracted electrical work without a permit and without a licensed electrician. Remaining electrical work was abandoned when his crime was discovered.
    Unproffesional when contract money was disputed. We already paid for most of the contract despite contract stating half on completion. When we refused to pay more on a project that he made clear that he would not finish, he and his "manager", posted slander, libel, and insults in a public forum. They also resorted to insulting name calling in voicemail and texting.
    He is not a licensed contractor (not required in KY), has worked as an unlicensed business in Hopkinsville, and implies to be credentialed in many organizations he is not a member of.
