    In March on 2022 Belgium Tree services came to remove several large size trees from my property. The job was done properly, In the process of hauling away the trees for disposal, several deep truck wheel marks were left along the yard. On that day, an agreement was accepted that Belgium tree will return in the spring to repair the damage in the yard including covering the truck marks with top soil, seeding and covering properly. As we approach July this has not been done, in spite of several phone calls and text messages, some unanswered and some replied with promises that were never fulfilled. The invoice has been paid in full making me a low priority as Belgium tree appears to favor new work orders. I have no desire to spend more time reminding them of their commitment to the customer, I just want to job that I paid for complete in a timely manner, which is past due.

    Issue has been resolved. Reasoning for the delay ground has been to wet to repair or we have been helping the community in need retrieve trees off their houses. I explain this to *** ******* and promised him as soon as weather conditions we correct or we were done helping the ones with a true emergency we would be out to fix the ruts.
