    I took my warrantied mower deck to djs because that's what the warranty said to do ,take to nearest authorized dealer to have them take care of warranty, Husqvarna decided even though my deck is warrantied to not honor my warranty and send a goodwill deck to us at djs but not pay labor ,so I spoke with **** ***** at Djs and told her if we got goodwill deck we couldn't afford to have them put it on ,due to it being 75$ a hr labor ,that i would just pick mower up and put deck on ourselves if we couldn't get Husqvarna to honor warranty . So she said ok pick your mower up at your convenience,I went to pick it up and buy a belt and string for my weedeater ,when I was standing in line ,she came flying up to counter asking did I pay my diagnostic fee ( which was never mentioned before and should be paid by warranty ) we paid it and left . The next morning ,I took belt and string back to return them due to feeling like I got done wrong by D@js by them charging me ,even though they are in agreement with it being a factory defect deck that should be covered under warranty to . When I took them in to return them ,****** was working counter and he asked what was wrong w products ,I told him nothing ,I just was returning them because I had gotten charged yesterday for diagnostic fee when I shouldn't have to pay due to djs knowing deck is under warranty ,****** was extremely rude ,and talk over me loudly instead of just returning my items and apologizing for us being charged when we shouldn't have been ,they are authorized dealer ,we was required to bring mower to them and just because Husqvarna doesn't won't to honor my warranty ,they know it was a warranty item that should be honored ,I had my same mower there 2 years ago for weeks over a pulley that was under warranty ,and they didn't get it took care of but I was never charged a diagnostic fee then,I feel like **** got mad due to us not wanting to pay out labor to have new deck put on there and charged us fee due to that .
