    Attached you will find the *** Report and A detailed Version of the dispute. 1/23 - Home was inspected for termites prior to purchase. ******* Cleared the home - no termites 3/1 - House is in my possession. 4/15- Begin remodel of garage which used to be a wood shop and find significant evidence of termites, although I didn't realize what it was at first. 4/26- Emailed Absolute Pest Control 4/27- Called me to make an appt to take a look. 5/2- Did not show for appt. contacted ******* to come out the next morning. 5/3- Arrived to evaluate - stated there were termites and the only thing my house needed to take care of them was a "spot" treatment of 30 foot of the wall. Would charge me pennies on the dollar to make "things right" 5/6- ******* called and told me part was broken for treatment 5/9 - Part on backorder and connected me to another termite tech who would charge me $350 to treat. 5/9 - Spoke with tech - he informed me that ******* was not providing the correct service. My whole house needed to be treated and I should not have to pay anything for the service. 5/10 - Spoke with another 3rd party tech who agreed. 5/10- Second tech came to my house free of charge to take a look and determined I had an infestation with what he assumes is significant damage to the garage and found evidence of termites in my crawl space. 5/11- Contacted Absolute Pest Control, *** ****** and he response was "So what are you wanting me to do?" He offered a treatment with a one year warranty AFTER I told him I wanted to reconciled and I WOULD NOT have bought a termite infested home as a single Mom of 3 if I had known. I stated also that this requires a 10 year warranty for further evaluation. He stated "I'm offering to have it treated that's all I can do." I said he would be hearing from my lawyer and I would be filing a complaint with the Dept of AG. I do not want *** ****** to treat my home after he tried to cover up my termites with a spot treatment.
