      I cannot believe this company is still able to take peoples money. I ordered in December, they promptly charged my credit card. No product, no response.
      This is really sad.
      I have ordered products before from them and it was great.
      I hope people see this BBB before they order from this company. I wish there was another way to let people know.

      I ordered a personalized paint kit four weeks ago and have not received it yet. I emailed twice to inquiry. Then I tried to call but the voice mailbox is full. No one answers the phone. I had purchased painting kits several times from this company in the past and was always satisfied. But something is wrong here. They’ve taken my payment but I have no product.

      I ordered a custom paint by number but never got a confirmation email. I reordered three weeks later thinking my original order didn't go through. Turns out I was charged for both orders and never received either one. Do not buy from this company!
