    We purchased rug cleaning at the **** **** ** *** ******** **** ****** last year. We were told the rugs will be picked up, cleaned and returned. On the appointment day 2 employees showed up and claimed their van was full and they will have to clean the rugs on the spot. They left a fan at our house for the rugs to dry. The rugs did not look clean, but I felt bad for the 2 employees and did not contest it. No one showed up to pick up the fan. After a while we noticed a bad, musty smell coming from the rugs. One of them had mold growing under. We called customer service, explain the problem and was told someone will get in touch. No one did. On 28th of February we went to the ** **** ********** **** and Zerorez was there again. We explained what happen and were told that they will come,pick up our rugs and clean them. No one did. After a week I called and customer service put me in touch with Kristen. That was Thursday, March 6. He told me someone will come on Tuesday, March 10th, from 3-6. I called on that they and the appointment was on the schedule, however no one showed up. I am quite upset since my rugs are over $2000 each. Zerorez ignored all my calls thru the year, until a week ago. I am thankful for all the help you can give me. ******* ******

    My mother contacted this business to clean my carpets. They did not clean them at all in fact they left them soaked. My carpet has been wet 5 days now. The smell is terrible when you hit the door. I think my carpet has mildew. The operator didn't have on any covers while operating his machine, so he kept tracking more dirt. I rescheduled to have them come back out, I even took off work for this and they are late, suppose to be her between 2-5PM. I honestly feel they took advantage of my 70 year old mother because I was not here to watch them. I am not satisfied nor pleased with their performance. I am asking for a full refund.
