    The company offered 2800.00 to fix my car when I received my own estimate to replace the door on my car. It was 4000.00, not 2800.00. **** ********* stole over 1000.00 dollars in reimbursements from me after paying in more than enough to cover the costs!

    We
    are an independent agency and have nothing to do with estimates, repairs or
    payments on a claim.We are always willing to get involved when it seems justified and try to find a solution.In this case, we did just that. 

    Although his estimate seemed low **** was able to find
    several repair shops who average the estimated cost given for repairs**** ****** was advised to take the estimate provided to a body shop and the
    adjustor would work with the body shop for any supplemental payments that
    needed to be made.

    ** ****** refused all instruction and became hostile with
    adjustors and staff wishing death upon them and was verbally abusive

    As an agency owner, i must balance customer service with the safety of my staff and the employees of the companies we represent. I feel it is in everyone's best interest to agree to take a step back, agree we could not find common ground and terminate the relationship. We wish ** ****** well  in his insurance endeavors.
