      As a physician practicing for 13 years, I have never encountered a more pushy, rude, and unethical sales person. My clinical judgement and decision making was questioned in an inappropriate way, the salesperson in question was very pushy and manipulative with my patient, and submitted a request to insurance for approval for a device despite being asked to stop. When it was approved, he delivered it under the pretense that he was doing her a favor. I would strongly discourage anyone from using quipt. I'm sure they have better employees around the country, but this is bordering on insurance fraud and needs to be addressed.

      My physician arranged delivery of a CPAP machine through this company. The technician was to call me the morning of when he completed his schedule to advise of a delivery window. When this did not occur, I contacted the company three times and still could not get an answer other than, "the technician will call you." I explained how I needed to have a delivery window because my husband is my caretaker and he had errands to run. I emphasized that although I would be home, I would not allow the technician in my home if I was alone, on top of the fact that I just had leg surgery and was on bedrest. Then finally, an hour later, a representative calls me with a somber tone and tells me "the technician will get there when he does." Well, I cancelled the order and asked my physician to send it to another customer friendly, more responsive company.
