    I signed a contract with Siding & More Inc.on 10-23-22 to get some work done at the bottom of my house and a window installed. On that date, I paid $1,800.00 down for the window to be ordered. ****** ***** and one of his workers came out on 10-15-23 and again on 10-22-23 to work on the bottom of the house. It was not completed as stated in the contract. I left 3 messages in Jan/Feb 2024 before he returned my phone calls stating he was in ******* for the winter and would install the window in the first part of March. I left a message for him on 3-18-24 with no return call. I again called on 8-21-24 and he returned the call and stated the window company went out of business and would I want a vinyl window, I said no. He said he would check around and call me back. I left a message for him on 9-13-24 and 9-24-24 with no return call. I have asked him for the name/phone number of the business he ordered the window from and the window company and he refuses to give me that information. Originally he said the window would take 8-9 weeks to get in. I have been in contact with him on several other occasions but failed to write them down until I started to get the runaround.

    I have no problem competing the job.  I did the wood work and painting around the foundation for her and given the opportunity I will get a wood window reordered and complete the job.  Thanks

    I am rejecting this response because:
    I want an exact timeframe of when the job can be completed since it has been two years. His response did not address my complaints of : the first part of the job being completed not according to the contract, the out of business window company’s name, the company’s name where he supposedly bought the window from in 2022, him not returning calls and the general runaround he has given me.
