Outstanding Customer Service with immediate follow-up on all calls. Office staff, field team and management are all professional, trustworthy and genuine! We have had installations from $22,000 to $100 and they treated us with care and integrity! Would use them time time and time again and recommend to everyone.

Installation not done correct on ac duct running from inside to outside and having condensation issues that has damaged inside ceiling. They sent supervisor Danny out that said they were going to take care of this and acknowledged it was an installation done in a rush due to timeline. After back and forth with this business, the General Manager said they aren’t covering or fixing the issue as this is the builders issue. Hi, Derrick. I would have repaired the condensation (that was the fault of the insulation company) but you brought up getting an attorney involved. I'm sorry but once that is brought up I do not send people to the property. Furthermore, your home was completed over 3 years ago and now there is an issue? You can contact your attorney if you wish but I like our chances. You know, I would have fixed it no problem, but you had to push the issue by asking us to repair the drywall.
Like I said, it's an insulation issue, (not the builder). Maybe they will take care of it but I will not be bullied.D. H.

Your supervisor Daniel needs to learn how to effectively communicate and sit expectations up front and not talk out both sides of his mouth. I wish I would have taped the conversation I had with Daniel and you might see how confusing his communication was here and my point of view and upset of the situation.
