*** the owner has been very defensive and excuse oriented. When I dropped the package off per the attached shipment receipt, I advised the contents and declared a value, so they knew what was in the package. My trk # never went past label created. This was a basketball card I’ve had since I was a kid, and was worth anywhere from $500-$1500. There was another card in there as well. I follow up and submit a claim. The owner said Friday was strange: there was construction, so they moved the packages from theback then the front then back again because they weren't sure which door they could use, the driver was late and everyone was rushing, and the owner even helped move packages which he said was out of the norm. he says it made it on the truck, but I have been unable to confirm. I have followed up a lot because I’m not getting any direct information about who is working on finding my package or any explanation of where it’s at, and the strangest thing is that the owner, paid my claim within two days of the package being late and still stuck on label created. Typically these claims take 7 to 10 or 30 days to see if the package shows up, so I don’t know why they would close the claim and pay that quick without knowing where and what happened to the package. I promise *** is going to deflect. I’m in collections, I am gonna aggressively pursue a resolution, and have good sense of what’s true and what's not. I called and emailed a bunch, yes I broke down am sad and angry, it’s a card I’ve had since I was a kid and finally was sending to grade at PSA, But besides being a squeaky wheel, I never said or did anything untoward. If you use the store, declare the appropriate value, or don’t send any valuables out of this location. I dropped it off and got a shipment receipt, and it never progressed past label created, which as of now has no explanation and should never happen. Based on the circumstances, something is going on, I just don’t know what and can’t get enough help.

I have tried to leave the my personal emotions out of my summary below and trying to provide the most truthful summary. Please forgive the formatting, I am trying to provide a quick update summary for everyone.

I honestly worry about his health and the health of others, including, my team at this store.  As you'll see below, I have contacted the police once.  If it persists, I will contact them tomorrow.  Everything on this summary is the truth to the best of my ability.
