      the unit never workes as should be, the problems never end every time different excuse with different part to change. the unit wont cool or heat the house. the last things never answer my phone called . i have try to get them fixed but they wont know.

      This System was installed in 2019. We had some issue's with the system that we resolved 4 months after the customers 1 year labor warranty had run out at no charge. The next issue the customer had was 2 years later in February of 2022. The customer refused to pay for the service provided on that date. Normally we put a do not service alert on a customer like this at this point. For some reason, and we ended up at this customers house again, in July of 2022. AGAIN, the customer refused to pay us. He is now on our DO NOT SERVICE LIST, and we have nothing more to say.
