    This man is a genuine con artist and a bully. He has a trail of clients behind him all with the same story. Preying on out of state folks, stealing money and using it for his personal spending, shoddy (and downright dangerous) workmanship, and eventually the relationship devolves with either you suing him or paying him to just go away. Our barn started falling apart before it was even finished being built. I could write a novel on this guy. You have to do some digging as he threatens people who write bad reviews.

    This con artist deserves negative stars! It’s quite shocking he isn’t in jail yet! A liar, thief, unethical, coward who does this on purpose to people then threatens them! He has his so called lawyers on standby to help threaten too. He has them threatened to not leave reviews about him and even changes his company name to avoid reviews and bad word of mouth. This man and his legal team are scum! I have now met almost 20 horse people in the community he has professionally conned! Being from out of state, we were easy prey! He loves out of state people who haven’t heard of him! We lost $68k to him and are suing, we are in Boyle county, where he didn’t even bother to get a business license. He, nor his off the street workers are licensed and they will destroy your property! It has cost us hundreds of thousands to take down and repair his work. I still can’t get a horse in to my barn he caused so much damage. This man needs to go to jail! I found out after my order that the DAY I was signing my contract with him, he was in another jury trial for screwing a man out of $640k he screwed up on another horse barn. Run as FAST as you can from this theif!

    Ken Stewart (aka: Stewart Contracting, LLC., Stewart Managemen, LLC.)
    Business Address: Lancaster, Ky
    We hired him to build a custom horse barn, a shop, driveways, stone entrance way, retaining wall and fencing for our property. What ensued over the next year and a half was nothing short of a nightmare. This man is a liar, a low-level con artist and should never be able to do to anyone else what he did to us.
    Long story short, every single part of our job was done WRONG. He put me, my family and my horses at risk. Everything he “built” was an engineering nightmare!
    We’ve had to pay twice the amount to have it all redone!
    We just won a big lawsuit against him… The judge in Hardin County said this was “one of the most agregious construction cases I’ve ever presided over”.
    Ken Stewart owes me a lot of money. Above all else, I DO NOT want anyone else to go through what we went through.

    Had a terrible experience with this contractor. Beware, Ken Stewart Lancaster, KY goes by many names; Stewart Management LLC, Stewart-Contracting, Stewart Construction Management. They all go back to Ken Stewart, Denmark Rd, Lancaster, KY.
    I am not the only one ripped off.
