    Bought a used boat from them less than three weeks ago. They told me that the boat had been serviced and went through before I drove seven hours to buy this boat from them. After taking it out for the fourth time in open water The lower unit blew up. Johnathon(sales rep) got back with me after a few days and said the manager would reach out to see what they could do. Well joke on me, owner reached out just to ask me to bring it back to Kentucky (note I live in South Carolina) to only cover the labor and have me pay for the lower unit and this is after I already had to take to to the local shop in town just for them to tell me that the lower unit must have been over looked because the casing was not damaged and there was hardly any lower unit gear oil in the unit. The fact they wanted me to drive 7 hours for them to only cover labor and not even offer to cover the labor at a local shop here blows my mind. I understand things happen but when a client is told the motor has been looked over and it’s not that’s on them. I feel like I was definitely took advantage of being a out of state customer. I definitely do not recommend them to anyone because not only did i pay 17k for this boat but I haven’t even made the first payment and I’m now in the whole another 2k after three weeks owning. Also owner says to me well atleast now you’ll have a warranty with the new lower unit you’re getting installed. Dude is a complete JOKE!!! So needless to say if you buy a boat from them I would get a full service done somewhere else because they definitely don’t care!!!

    Do NOT get service done here. They will overcharge and put in wrong amount of fluids and incorrect fluids and make a huge mess. you'll regret it and then they will ignore everything and make you feel like you are the bad guy. awful customer service. The owner won’t even respond per a request.
