    I had a ******** switch lite with a broken analog controller. I called and asked if they could fix it they said yes.
    Even with the broken analog stick I was still able to use it and play games in the condition it was in
    I brought the ******** in and they told me it would be fixed in two days.
    Two days later they called me and told me the switch was completely broken now and said it was because of previously damage. This is not true at all. I use that ******** daily
    They need to to take accountability and replace my ******** Switch

    Hello *****, we believe you have the wrong company.  I checked your two orders with us (see attachment) and they were both graphics cards - with nothing to do with ******** Switch and certainly not an analog stick/controller. In fact, ******** Switch doesn't even use a traditional graphics card.  You only purchased graphics cards from us - one on May 17, 2024 and one on January 17, 2025.  We show no messages from you in **** about any problem.   You did not open any returns in **** and we have no record of receiving anything from you and certainly not anything related to the ******** Switch.  Also, we just offer replacements or refunds for damaged items, and not repairs.  Please check your account again and you will find that you have the wrong company.  Please reconsider this complaint and direct it to the correct company.  Thanks.

    I have spoked with the agent at Tech Castle and have learned that they believe the problem has been solved for you. Hopefully, we have resolved this issue and you are now satisfied with the resolution of the issue.  We sincerely apologize for the issues.  Have a great day!
