    No show! Never answered phone calls or returned any of my messages. Do not book with this company

    After days of avoiding calls, they email and cancels in less than 24 hours. Booked weeks in advance. Advertises and accepts payment for rides they DO NOT HAVE. Then is very rude and calls me dumb for “You thought you were really going to get that??”. Mind you, this is a benefit event to raise money to help with injured, orphaned, sick etc. wildlife. This is a Very publicized and known annual event. Leaving this event without any entertainment at last minute. After numerous other companies contacted me to help at last minute, it is my understanding that this is a common occurrence with this particular company. I also learned that they are not licensed and insured. Be very wary.

    This was the worst and most disappointing experience! DO NOT TRUST YOUR EVENT TO THIS MAN OR COMPANY!!! Tony Best contact me about supplying the inflatables to our Mt. Vernon River Days festival the beginning of the year. I spoke to him in person the end of July and he assured me we were scheduled for our September event. I began reaching out a few weeks before the event more times than I can count (call, text, Facebook, website, personal messenger, etc.) and never received a single acknowledgment! He provided carnival rides to our county fair and provided the same lack of communication but they finally touched base a few days before the fair and he did show up.
    The children at our festival were extremely disappointed that there were no inflatables as promised and reflected on the schedule plus the committee was embarrassed they trusted him! I’ve never experienced such unprofessionalism and I’ve been event planning and in the corporate & public sector for over 40 years! SAVE YOURSELF THE AGGRAVATION AND DON’T GIVE HIM THE TIME OF DAY!

    Their attractions were featured at the Spoonbread Festival in Berea. Scammed several people with the “armbands” for $30, then would change the color of said armband an hour later and not allow you access to the rides anymore. Also the people running the table were rude and clueless, not to mention the ride attendants leering at young girls all day. Will not attend any event featuring these horrible people ever again.
