DO NOT WORK WITH THIS UNPROFESSIONAL COMPANY UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE HARASSED. Doug showed up an hour late for our quote with no notice or apology. When he got out of his vehicle, two beer cans fell out onto my driveway. He was disheveled and rude. When I asked him why he didn’t tell us he was going to be late, he said he didn’t have our phone number. I asked why he didn’t let the company know so they could tell us. He said he did. I told him that we had just gotten off the phone with them and they told us he wasn’t answering his phone. He became visibly angry with us and said “you told my boss?!” After witnessing the beer cans and his demeanor, I told him we were no longer interested in a quote and asked him to leave. *While we were waiting on him, I called the company and let them know he was over 30 minutes late and wanted to make sure he wasn’t having trouble finding our house. The man I was speaking to said “I’ll look into it” and hung up on me without even asking for any info. I had my husband call back immediately and they were happy to talk to him and put him on hold while they tried to contact Doug.* After Doug left, I called to complain about the experience and was told someone would call me back. Several days later I finally got a call. I spoke with this man for quite awhile. He seemed very understanding and said he would take care of it. I never heard anything else from him. Since then, I have received three phone calls “following up on Doug’s quote” to ask if we’d like to purchase windows. I have explained our situation to each. Each says they’ll make a note and make sure the calls stop. The calls haven’t stopped. Today I missed a call and hoping it was finally a manager, I called back. Josh W was calling to follow up on the quote I never got. After explaining yet again, he offered me a $50 Amazon gift card if I let them come back. We argued. I demanded to speak with someone else and he said there was no one else. I could go on but I’m out of characters.
