    The company was hired to repair the ice maker of my refrigerator in 12-29-23. The repair occurred that day. The icemaker then made one small batch of ice and stopped working again.

    10 days later, we noticed our flooring start to bubble. The refrigerator had been leaking and the drip pan spilled over without us noticing. About 100 sq ft. Of flooring had to be removed and replaced.

    On 1/25 a second company assessed the icemaker again. ********** had issued a service bulletin a couple of years ago, stating the issue had to do with a hole being too small and freezing. This was missed by the original company and the issue was not fully fixed, which led to the leak.

    6/14/2023 *** (APTEC Refridgeration & Appliances) the Louisville location came out to look at my washer machine. I paid $150.00 deposit. I was told the part would be arrive 6/19/2023. I called on 6/19/2023, no one answered and I could not leave a message because it was full. After repeatedly leaving messages for over a week. *** returned my call and replaced the washer part on 6/30/2023. I paid an additional $205.10 on 6/30/2023. I was told I had a 90 day warranty. My washer was still doing the same exact thing before I made the initial contact with the company. I called *** to tell them my washer was not fixed completely, no one answered. After weeks of repeatedly calling I recieved a text saying that he was busy at the moment. Again, I called on 7/25 and 7/31/2023 and was told I would get a call back. It is now September 20, 2023 and I still have not received or heard from *** or the company, APTEC Refridgeration & Appliances company. There are 9 different locations and the Louisville one did not pop up for my complaint.
