  I contracted with Phillip Waterproofing & Concrete to provide professional Garage Floor Covering
  for my Garage floor at **** ********* *****. The contract was $4700.00. I paid a down payment of $15,00.00. The actual Covering was not anything like the product described in the contract. I have presented Phillips Waterproofing will detailed evidence and photos showing that the product on my floor is not the same as outlined in the contract. I had a Professional Concrete Flooring Covering Contractor inspect my floor. He rendered a report stating my floor did not include two elements. The floor was not scuffed or grinded and is not sealed with a high gloss chip-resistant covering. These two elements allow the paint to better adhere to the floor and provide long-lasting protection. My Contractor tells me in a few months of automobile traffic this paint will begin to pull up. *** ******** has refused to come out to look at the project. He also has rejected any offer I have made to come to a compromised agreement. Instead, he has proceeded to file a materials lein on my property for $3,200.00. At this point, I have no options or any way
  to undo the damage that filing this lien has caused. I need some assistance short of having to file a counter suit to resolve this situation. I have documents to support my claim however, I amunable to upload tthem to the computer. I can present the actual documents to you if you would allow me to bring them to your offfice

  Had an all dry basement system put in and it's supposed to have a lifetime warranty. Everytime it rains we have 2 inches of water in our basement!! We've called and called and everytime he tells us he's going to come the next day but, he never shows up or calls us to cancel. Then when we try to call him he won't answer for a couple of months and the process starts all over.

  I paid $20,000 dollars to have my driveway removed and replaced due to cracking after 25 years. Within a month of the install I started seeing cracks form in the driveway. I called the company multiple times with no response. Finally they came out and looked at the driveway. The owner, Kevin, stated that he thought there may have been an issue with the quality of the concrete and he would get back to me within a week. I have not heard back in 3 months and I have left multiple messages to no avail. I would like to have the driveway removed and replaced or a refund for the full amount.

  French drain installed and paid for on 8/5/2022
  Overall the project appeared complete with only 2 notable exceptions.
  Original gravel around the house was missing upon completion of drain and rain spouts need correcting.
  The gravel has been replaced after multiple calls and false attempts to show up.
  Rain spouts still need attention after approximately 6 weeks of calling.
  Still no show. Rain spouts are supposed to go directly into ground and connect with drain.
  The selling point was a life time guarantee on the drain but if i can't get them to come out and complete the project with proper rain spouts. How can they possibly insure a life time guarantee? In a quandary.
